Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please allow additional time for personalized items as each harness is custom printed with your pet's name and phone number.

- Average delivery time: 15-25 business days
- Please allow up to 40 business days for delivery due to custom printing and international shipping
- Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships
Shipping Costs
- FREE shipping on orders over $100 AUD
- Standard shipping:Â $10 AUDÂ for orders under $100
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
For Australian customers:Â No customs duties or import taxes apply.
For international customers:Â Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
